The Service is an entertainment product and does not constitute gambling within the meaning of gambling legislation. No stakes of monetary value are placed, no winnings of monetary value are paid out, and no part of the Service shall be construed as an offer of gambling.

Konton är personliga och får inte säljas, lånas ut eller överlåtas. You may create one (1) casino account per person. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity occurring through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@braveagencygame.com immediately. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, lent or transferred.

5. Virtuell valuta (BraveCoins)5. Virtual currency (BraveCoins)

BraveCoins är casinots fiktiva spelvaluta utan penningvärde. By receiving BraveCoins you obtain a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use them within the Service — you do not own them. BraveCoins cannot be redeemed for money, goods or services, cannot be transferred between accounts, and lapse without compensation when the account is closed. Attempting to sell or buy BraveCoins outside the Service is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

6. Prenumerationer och betalning6. Subscriptions and payment

Casinot erbjuder frivilliga månadsprenumerationer (för närvarande 49, 99 respektive 179 kr/månad) som ger extra BraveCoins och kosmetiskt innehåll. Priser anges inklusive moms. Prenumerationen förnyas automatiskt varje månad tills den sägs upp och kan sägas upp när som helst med verkan från nästa förnyelse. The casino offers optional monthly subscriptions (currently SEK 49, 99 and 179 per month) providing extra BraveCoins and cosmetic content. Prices include VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled and may be cancelled at any time with effect from the next renewal. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and entitle you to cancel before they take effect. Payment is handled by an external payment provider; we never store your card details.

7. Ångerrätt och återbetalning7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Som konsument har du 14 dagars ångerrätt enligt lagen om distansavtal. Begär du att digitalt innehåll levereras direkt (t.ex. omedelbar myntbonus) och uttryckligen samtycker till att ångerrätten därmed begränsas, gäller ångerrätten den outnyttjade delen av prenumerationen. För att utöva ångerrätten, kontakta supporten inom fristen. Utöver lagstadgade rättigheter ges återbetalning inte för förbrukade BraveCoins. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under distance-contract legislation. If you request immediate delivery of digital content (e.g. an instant coin bonus) and expressly consent to the corresponding limitation of the withdrawal right, the right applies to the unused part of the subscription. To exercise the right, contact support within the period. Beyond statutory rights, no refunds are given for spent BraveCoins.

8. Uppförandekod8. Code of conduct

Du åtar dig att inte: (a) använda botar, skript eller automatisering; (b) utnyttja buggar i stället för att rapportera dem; (c) försöka manipulera casino-resultat eller topplistor; (d) trakassera andra spelare eller använda stötande användarnamn; (e) försöka få obehörig åtkomst till system eller andra konton; (f) använda Tjänsten för kommersiella ändamål utan vårt skriftliga tillstånd; eller (g) bryta mot gällande lag i samband med användningen. You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts or automation; (b) exploit bugs instead of reporting them; (c) attempt to manipulate casino game outcomes or leaderboards; (d) harass other players or use offensive usernames; (e) attempt unauthorised access to systems or other accounts; (f) use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission; or (g) violate applicable law in connection with your use.

9. Immateriella rättigheter9. Intellectual property

Allt innehåll i Tjänsten — casino-spel, grafik, ljud, varumärken, texter och kod — tillhör BRAVE AGENCY UK LTD eller våra licensgivare och skyddas av upphovsrätt och annan immaterialrättslig lagstiftning. Du får en begränsad licens att använda innehållet för privat, icke-kommersiellt bruk inom Tjänsten. Kopiering, spridning eller bearbetning utöver vad lagen tillåter kräver vårt skriftliga medgivande. All content in the Service — casino games, graphics, audio, trademarks, texts and code — belongs to BRAVE AGENCY UK LTD or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You receive a limited licence to use the content for private, non-commercial purposes within the Service. Copying, distribution or adaptation beyond what the law permits requires our written consent.

10. Avstängning och uppsägning10. Suspension and termination

Du kan när som helst avsluta ditt casino-konto under kontoinställningarna; fiktiva mynt och prestationer raderas då utan ersättning. You may close your casino account at any time in your account settings; fictional coins and achievements are then deleted without compensation. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches of the Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. For minor violations we normally issue a warning first. Decisions may be appealed to support, and you always have the right to human review of any automated suspension.

11. Ansvarsbegränsning11. Limitation of liability

Tjänsten tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. I den utsträckning tvingande konsumentlagstiftning inte föreskriver annat ansvarar vi inte för indirekta skador eller följdskador, förlust av fiktiv valuta eller speldata, eller skador till följd av avbrott, underhåll och force majeure. The Service is provided as is. To the extent mandatory consumer law does not provide otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of fictional currency or game data, or damage resulting from outages, maintenance and force majeure. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us during the preceding twelve (12) months. Nothing in the Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Ändringar av tjänsten och villkoren12. Changes to the service and the terms

I sista hand kan tvisten prövas i allmän domstol; som konsument har du alltid rätt att väcka talan vid domstolen på din hemort. The Terms are governed by English law; as a consumer, however, you always retain the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes should first be addressed through dialogue with our support. As a consumer you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se, or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Ultimately, disputes may be heard by the courts; as a consumer you always have the right to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
